This looks really good. I am going to give it a try (minus the greek yoghurt). We are going to try a month of no dairy and no gluten. Can’t imagine it is going to be easy.
Have you ever tried almond milk? Do you prefer rice milk over almond?
I love almond milk too but go with rice most of the time over price. I generally do not do dairy but a pure natural yoghurt has health benefits (probiotics) and I allow 1-2 tbsps in my smoothie.
The restriction will not be easy so best to accept that before you begin. And IMO, it’s best to not go overboard with substitutes either. Milk is one thing but switching pasta for GF pasta or cheese or soy cheese is just a way of fooling yourself. Try a whole new diet without all the fillers and substitutes. With winter there soon, soups are a great idea. Try Chilli, stews, casseroles and stir-fry too. Just think meat/fish and veg. Quinoa is great and rice is a good filler. It’s about re-training your brain (and body). Good luck!
