Eating, exploring and enjoying life

Why I chose ENJOY for this year’s theme word

Happy New Year!!

I know, I know, I’m quite late to the party. Cannot believe it’s Jan 10 already.

I’ll get to posting about some of my holiday food adventures soon but this post is about my WORD for 2015. Again, I’m late to the party with posting this annual tradition but it’s my first time (I think..lol?).

It was easy for me to choose a theme word for the new year. Remember my Detox Day 3 post? If not, read it here.

I talked about how I saw an American astrologer. I listed some words that stood out during our session. He told me my main purpose in this life is to learn how to ENJOY.

I must admit, I don’t enjoy things much. I fight against everything, stress about the small stuff and generally have a hard time living in this human form on this messed up planet. So, for him to point out that I need to enjoy life more was like a hard slap in the face. I knew what he was saying was absolutely true.

So, this year’s theme word is ENJOY.

Enjoy more laughter

Enjoy more food

Enjoy more energy

Enjoy more free-time

Enjoy more family time

Enjoy more success

Enjoy more good health

Enjoy the journey  (sorry, I know that’s such a cliche)

Enjoy the rain

Enjoy rejections from editors

Enjoy having little income (okay, maybe I’m going too far now)

Enjoy all new experiences

Enjoy facing my fears

Just ENJOY everything FFS!!!

Are you with me?

Enjoy 2015
